1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All research, code, architectures, methodologies, figures, datasets, model weights, paper drafts, and derived artifacts produced under the Maya Research Series, Maya-Defence Series, Maya-Morphe Series, AI in Medicine & Healthcare Series, Shakti Series, and all other projects of Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs — including every work published under the name Nexus Learning Labs, 2025–2026 — are the exclusive intellectual property of Venkatesh Swaminathan, Founder and Director of Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs Private Limited, Bengaluru, India.

All source code repositories are private by default as of 26 May 2026. Access is granted only upon written request and explicit approval. Research papers published on Zenodo are open-access under CC-BY-4.0. The code is not.

2. Permitted Use

Research papers published on Zenodo are freely available for reading, citation, and academic reference under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) licence. Any use of the results, findings, or methodology in any publication, preprint, thesis, product, or derivative work requires explicit citation of the originating Zenodo DOI.

Access to source code, model weights, training data, and implementation artifacts is permitted only to individuals who have submitted a written access request and received written approval from Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs.

3. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation:

All AI in Medicine & Healthcare products (Maya-Nidra, Maya-Vaidya, Maya-Chitta-Med, Maya-Prana) are research prototypes only. They are not licensed medical devices and must not be used for diagnosis, clinical decision-making, or patient care without appropriate CDSCO SaMD regulatory clearance.

4. Provenance & Forensic Watermarking

All Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs artifacts carry embedded provenance signatures that are independently verifiable and constitute tamper-evident proof of original authorship:

Any reproduced code, figure, or result carrying these signatures without citation is forensically traceable to this lab and will be treated as a violation of this licence.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these terms will be pursued under applicable Indian law, including the Indian Copyright Act 1957, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Patents Act 1970 as applicable. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and attribution correction in all cases of demonstrated uncited use. The forensic watermarking system described in Section 4 constitutes admissible evidence of original authorship and prior art.
