1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All research, code, architectures, methodologies, figures, datasets, model weights, paper drafts, and derived artifacts produced under the Maya Research Series, Maya-Defence Series, Maya-Morphe Series, AI in Medicine & Healthcare Series, Shakti Series, and all other projects of Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs — including every work published under the name Nexus Learning Labs, 2025–2026 — are the exclusive intellectual property of Venkatesh Swaminathan, Founder and Director of Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs Private Limited, Bengaluru, India.

2. Permitted Use

Research papers published on Zenodo are freely available for reading, citation, and academic reference under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) licence. Any use of the results, findings, or methodology in any publication, preprint, thesis, product, or derivative work requires explicit citation of the originating Zenodo DOI.

Access to source code, model weights, training data, and implementation artifacts is permitted only to individuals who have submitted a written access request and received written approval from Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs.

3. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation:

• a)Reproducing, republishing, or redistributing any source code, architecture design, or implementation from any Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs repository — in whole or in part.
• b)Using any methodology, architectural pattern, or experimental design from any Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs paper (including those published as Nexus Learning Labs) in any publication, product, or research output without citing the originating DOI.
• c)Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of any content from this website or any Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs GitHub repository.
• d)Training any AI/ML model on content from this website or any Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs publication without explicit written permission.
• e)Using Shakti, Svayam, Maya-Paksh, or any Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs AI product in any clinical, diagnostic, or patient-facing context without appropriate regulatory clearance.

4. Provenance & Forensic Watermarking

All Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs artifacts carry embedded provenance signatures that are independently verifiable and constitute tamper-evident proof of original authorship:

• a)ORCID magic number 0.002315 embedded in all canonical hyperparameters across all codebases (VAIRAGYA_DECAY_RATE, PAIN_DECAY_RATE, SLEEP_PRESSURE_RATE, CONNECTOME_DECAY_RATE).
• b)Canary string logged at the start of every experiment run.
• c)LSB steganographic ORCID + DOI signature embedded in every published figure.
• d)White-text ORCID + DOI + timestamp watermark in all Word document exports.
• e)Zenodo DOI timestamps — immutable, CERN-hosted, publicly verifiable.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these terms will be pursued under applicable Indian law, including the Indian Copyright Act 1957, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Patents Act 1970 as applicable. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Immanis Praeses Niralamba Learning Labs reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and attribution correction in all cases of demonstrated uncited use. The forensic watermarking system described in Section 4 constitutes admissible evidence of original authorship and prior art.
